Volunteer job sign ups will be open tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM.  All families are required to work FOUR shifts.  It takes a lot of volunteers to run a meet, especially a home meet.  Families are encouraged to sign up for all their shifts at once before they get filled up.  Each job has a brief description.   

Swimmer absences/RSVPs for meets will also be open tomorrow at 9:00 AM.  You only need to reply on the website if your swimmer will NOT be in a meet.  The coaches will always enter all swimmers (excluding Little Twisters who cannot swim without a coach) in the meet unless parents have replied on the website that the swimmer will not be at the meet.  It is very important that we know if your swimmer will not be at the meets as the coaches will be forming relays from this list, and if they don't know that a swimmer won't be there, it could cause other swimmers in the relay to not be able to swim.  RSVPs for all five dual meets and the Last Chance Meet will be open starting tomorrow morning so even if you know your swimmer won't be able to attend a later meet, you can mark it now.   Meet RSVPs will always be due by the Monday before each dual meet at noon, except for the Last Chance Meet on June 26th.  RSVPs for that meet will be the Friday before at noon.

TO SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEER JOBS AND TO RSVP FOR MEETS:

In the top right corner, click on "Login."  Then enter your email address and password and sign in. Click on the "Meets and Events" tab and then scroll to the meet you are looking for.  There will be two buttons next to each meet, one that says "meet entry" and one that says "job sign up.  To RSVP to a meet, click on the meet entry button and to sign up for a volunteer position, click on the job sign up button.  Make sure to save.
