Our Coaches
Michael graduated from Brookwood High School in May 2020 and currently attends Georgia State University, where he is majoring in Criminal Justice. He has been a Cyclone coach since he was a freshman in high school. Michael has been swimming since since he was four, when he joined the Cyclones. Michael was on the Brookwood High School Swim Team and swam on the state team for two years, including one of the State Championship teams. He also swam with Swim Atlanta from age 8 until he graduated high school.
Zack graduated from Brookwood High School in 2022. He is currently attending Georgia State University where he is majoring in psychology. Zack has been swimming for the Cyclones since he was 4 years-old and swam competitively at Gwinnett Aquatics for five years. Zack has been a Cyclone coach since his junior year of high school.
Jillian graduated from Brookwood High School in 2023. She is currently attending the University of Georgia and is majoring in Exercise Science. Jillian has been coaching for the Cyclones since her sophomore year in high school but has been swimming for the Cyclones since she was in 3rd grade. She swam competitively at Gwinnett Aquatics for five years and was the swim team manager for the Brookwood High School Swim Team for her senior year. She also ran cross country and track and field at Brookwood.
Bennett is currently a senior at Brookwood High School graduating in May 2024. He has been a Cyclone coach since his sophomore year, but he was a volunteer/substitute coach before starting as a junior coach. He has been swimming with the Cyclones since he was 5 years-old. Bennett swam competitively with Gwinnett Aquatics for three years and competed on the Brookwood High School Swim Team all four years. He is active in the theatre program at Brookwood and loves to follow sports.
